Whistleblowing is the report made by a subject who, in the public or private work context, becomes aware of violations of national or European Union regulations that harm the public interest or the integrity of the public administration or private entity. Legislative Decree 24/2023 provides that subjects in the public sector and in the private sector activate their own reporting channels that guarantee the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the person involved and the person mentioned in the report, as well as the content of the report and the related documentation. The adopted application solution is fully compliant with the provisions on whistleblowing.
How to send a report
1. Click "Send a new report" in the "Report" tab
This will take you to the form, where you can start filling in your report.
2. Give your report a short title
This will help the report managers understand the issue and process it.
3. Fill in the entire questionnaire
Fill in all the mandatory fields of the questionnaire, choosing whether to remain anonymous or provide your personal data...
4. Send your report
Once you have completed the questionnaire, click "Send report" to submit it.
5. Save your report number
Once the report is sent, you will be assigned a report number. Save it to follow the status of your report.
